Our mission is to celebrate the vibrant lifestyle of Moultrie Creek by bringing neighbors together for fun, friendship, and unforgettable experiences and adventures. Our goal is to create a warm and welcoming space where we all can connect, laugh, and make the most of every moment -- because life here is just getting started!

Bev Bard

Bev, Bryon and their loveable dog Bear moved to Moultrie Creek from south Florida in June 2024 and they are loving The Villages lifestyle.  They are enjoying many of the amenities.  Bev is recently retired and is looking forward to meeting more of her neighbors through Moultrie Creek Social Club events.

Doris Spooner

Doris and her husband Tim moved to Moultrie Creek in August 2024 from Ankeny, Iowa.  They are originally from the Pacific Northwest.  They are enjoying not shoveling snow and the weather (other than storms) in The Villages.  They have enjoyed creating new friendships in Moultrie Creek and are looking forward to connecting with more of their neighbors.

Steve Stuard

My wife Evie and I moved to The Villages four years ago and we are now in our third house, which I hope is our last. We have two children who now own the business we originally began in 1988. We have five grandchildren and five great grandchildren all living back home in Indiana. We were born and raised in Indianapolis and moved here from the Franklin area. I have worked in numerous areas within the elevator industry for sixty-nine years which enabled the start of our elevator consulting and inspection business, now owned by our children. You may find us at church, any town square where rock ‘n’ roll is played, me on the golf course, and Evie at any Zumba class. We love The Villages and like all others, wish we have moved sooner. We love the Moultrie Creek area and look forward to meeting many new friends at our social events.

Administrative Officer

Diane Niemann

Diane and her husband Carl moved to Moultrie Creek in October of 2024 from Upstate New York. Diane retired from the federal government after serving for many years in an Information Technology leadership role. She is loving The Villages lifestyle and keeps busy with dragon boating, biking, water fitness, pickleball, and she is trying to get better at golf. Diane is excited for the opportunity to contribute to the success of the Moultrie Creek Social Club.

Rich Einhorn

Rich Einhorn and his wife Wendy moved to the Villages in April 2024 from Virginia.  He and his wife are originally from Philadelphia (GO BIRDS!) . Rich is also very involved in the Leatherneck Warriors, a dragon boating team in The Villages.

Tech Guru

Sue Virgilio

Sue retired from the IT industry in July 2024 upon moving to Moultrie Creek from upstate NY.  Unable to leave technology behind, she is currently serving as the tech lead on 3 projects, including the Moultrie Creek Social Club.  In her spare time, she and her husband Frank are on a quest to do and enjoy everything The Villages has to offer.
